You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content you submit to employers or government agencies, regardless of whether Tactical 2 Talent assisted in its creation.
Tactical 2 Talent and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Tactical 2 Talent's trademarks or brand elements without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the personal information, military records, and other content you submit to Tactical 2 Talent ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Tactical 2 Talent a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated outputs produced using Your Content are provided for your personal use. Tactical 2 Talent does not claim ownership of AI outputs generated from your specific inputs. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users as AI outputs are not unique.

Job listings and external links on Tactical 2 Talent direct you to third-party websites. Tactical 2 Talent does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party content, job listings, or hiring outcomes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TACTICAL 2 TALENT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TACTICAL 2 TALENT MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT, JOB INTERVIEWS, SECURITY CLEARANCE APPROVAL, OR ANY OTHER SPECIFIC OUTCOME.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NATIONAL ADVISORY AND DOMAIN STRATEGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TACTICAL 2 TALENT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TACTICAL 2 TALENT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Advisory and Domain Strategies LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
Tactical 2 Talent reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@tactical2talent.com. Sections 5, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kansas City, Kansas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tactical 2 Talent regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Tactical 2 Talent may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
